By using our platform, you agree to these terms, which govern all pricing and subscription-related matters.
2. Pricing & Subscription Plans
Idefix AI provides customized AI-driven solutions designed to assess and evaluate technological startups.
Given the nature of our services, pricing is determined based either on standards packages (Professional and Expert) or on specific client needs and project scope (Corporate Package).
3. Payment Terms & Billing
3.1 Payment Methods
✔ All payments must be made via approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, or other online payment gateways.
✔ Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant providers to ensure data protection.
3.2 Invoicing & Billing Cycle
✔ Automatic Renewal: If applicable, recurring service agreements will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
✔ Billing Cycle: Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle (monthly).
✔ Invoice & Payment Confirmation: Clients will receive a formal invoice or payment confirmation for each transaction.
✔ Custom Pricing & Engagement Terms: For tailored solutions, billing terms and conditions will be explicitly defined in the service agreement.
✔ Late Payment Policy: Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4. Subscription & Service Engagement
4.1 Subscription Model
✔ Idefix AI offers standardized subscription plans (Professional and Expert package) and custom service packages (Corporate Package) tailored to each client’s needs.
✔ Subscription or service terms for the Corporate Package will be determined following a consultation and agreement on project scope.
4.2 One-Time Services & Custom Agreements
✔ Certain services may be available on a one-time purchase basis rather than through subscription.
✔ Expert advisory sessions and third-party expert consultations may have separate pricing structures.
4.3 Expert Package & Credit Usage Policy
For clients utilizing the Expert and Coroprate Package, Idefix AI provides a credit-based system for consultations with our experts.
✔ Credit Calculation: Each 1 credit represents one (1) hour of expert consultation time.
✔ Partial Credit Usage. Examples:
- If a client spends 15 minutes with an expert, 0.25 credits will be deducted.
- If a client spends 30 minutes with an expert, 0.5 credits will be deducted.
- If a client spends 45 minutes with an expert, 0.75 credits will be deducted.
- If a client spends less than 10 minutes with an expert no credits will be deducted.
✔ Credit Rollover: Unused credits can be carried over to the following month
✔ Expert Availability & Scheduling: Consultations are subject to expert availability, and clients must book sessions in advance through the platform.
By purchasing the Expert and Corporate Package, clients acknowledge and agree to the credit-based system outlined above.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation
✔ Clients may cancel services before project initiation without penalty.
✔ If a service is already in progress, cancellation requests will be subject to the terms of the service agreement.
5.2 Refunds
✔ Due to the customized nature of Idefix AI services, all sales are final, and refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances.
✔ Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and clients must submit a formal request via bi*****@************ot.dev
